Attractions nearby the Detroit Golf Club
Located on the northern side of the city, approximately a 20-minute drive from downtown Detroit (even quicker for those familiar with the area or driving like a Detroiter), lies the Detroit Golf Club. Adjacent to this prestigious club are the University of Detroit Mercy and the renowned Palmer Park, adding to the appeal of the surrounding area.
While the majority of our recommendations are centered around downtown, here are a few of our preferred options located within a five to 15-minute drive from the club.

Detroit no-brainers to visit during the Rocket Mortgage Classic
Clearly, the state of Michigan, known as the Great Lakes State, is filled with enjoyable experiences no matter where you decide to explore. However, due to the limitations set by my editor, I am only able to write one book per year. Therefore, this time we will focus our attention on the downtown area. The following attractions are situated approximately 20 to 25 minutes away from the Rocket Mortgage Classic.
