What is March Poker Mania?
March Poker Mania, presented by BetMGM Poker, is an extraordinary eight-night affair that goes beyond the usual assortment of nightly tournaments.
BetMGM Poker has announced a thrilling Heads-up Bracket Battle with a $1,060 buy-in. This electrifying tournament-style event will showcase 32 players engaging in a single-elimination competition. Notably, BetMGM Poker has expressed its dedication to enhancing the prize pool’s value by an impressive $10,000 across Michigan, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, where this event will take place.
Michigan online poker players will have several chances to qualify for the Phase II Main Event via a multi-day tournament with a $55 buy-in. Qualifying tournaments will take place daily leading up to the $535 buy-in main event on Monday, March 27th.
In addition to that, Neeme is set to play a significant role in the festival by live-streaming numerous events on his YouTube channel throughout the week. On Thursday, March 23, Neeme will be hosting the BetMGM Poker Cash Game Meetup at MGM Grand Detroit. Then, on Friday, March 24, he will be organizing a college basketball hangout at the BetMGM Sports Lounge.
The New Jersey event will have BetMGM poker ambassador Darren Elias as a celebrity guest, while the Pennsylvania event will feature high stakes pro and content creator Matt Berkey. Each of the three states will have their own distinguished guest.
BetMGM Director of Poker, Luke Staudenmaier, expressed his excitement about the upcoming March Poker Mania event. He mentioned that this event will showcase three poker experts, providing BetMGM players with various opportunities to engage with our brand. Staudenmaier also highlighted that this is the first time we are organizing an online poker event across multiple states and with multiple hosts simultaneously. BetMGM offering $10K freeroll Saturday
BetMGM is organizing a $10K freeroll tournament on Saturday, March 19, to commemorate its one-year anniversary of online poker in Michigan. Players can start registering right away and can join until the conclusion of Level 1 of the event, which starts at 4 p.m.
