In the previous month, it was reported that a resident of Waterford emerged victorious with a staggering $2 million prize after spinning The Big Wheel.
Seventy-one-year-old Walt Belcher was among the fortunate individuals selected to participate in the Big Spin on television. As one of the five winners, Walt had the chance to win an amount ranging from $100,000 to $2 million.

MI Lottery building off big 2021
After a prosperous year in 2021, the Michigan Lottery achieved a remarkable feat by contributing a record-breaking $1.419 billion to the School Aid Fund.
The donation exceeded the 2020 contribution by a staggering $240 million.
In each of the past three years, the Michigan Lottery has contributed over $1 billion to the fund.
Michigan had a $1 billion Mega Millions victor and an $18.41 million Lotto 47 winner in 2021.
