With each ticket, you have the opportunity to win prizes instantly, ranging from $10 to a staggering $1 million. To date, lottery players have accumulated over $9 million in winnings from GOLDEN TICKET™ II prizes.

The initial six winners of the BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™ Trip are:

The promotion, organized by Scientific Games and its state lottery partners, will allow fifteen players from Michigan, as well as participants from other lotteries, to compete for a staggering $1 billion prize.
The journey to $1 billion
The exact date and time of the CHALLENGE are currently undisclosed, although it is scheduled to take place during the spring of 2019.
There will be two elimination rounds included in the event.
During the initial round, each finalist will be given the same type of envelope. Out of these envelopes, five will hold a “GOLDEN TICKET” and guarantee advancement to the second round. Meanwhile, the rest of the envelopes will contain a cash award ranging from $1,000 to $25,000. The amount within the envelope will determine the final prize each contestant will receive, concluding their quest for the grand prize of $1 billion.
In round two, the five lucky individuals who possess the GOLDEN TICKET from the first round will continue their journey. Now, they are each given five identical envelopes. Among these envelopes, four hold the exciting prize of “$1 Million Spin,” while the remaining one holds the highly sought-after “GOLDEN TICKET.”
The participants of the $1 million spinners have the opportunity to spin a prize wheel three times. This prize wheel is filled with prizes ranging from $10,000 to $25,000, along with the options of landing on “Spin Again” or “GOLDEN TICKET.” The participant’s winnings will be the total of all three spins. If the participant manages to land on “GOLDEN TICKET” during all three spins, they will win a grand prize of $1 million.
The winner of the GOLDEN TICKET in round two proceeds to compete for a staggering $1 billion by navigating through a sequence of steps involving envelopes and multipliers. Upon reaching round two and unveiling the coveted GOLDEN TICKET, the participant’s odds of winning the $1 billion become one in 2,625.
