Michigan online casinos have significantly broadened their range of gaming options for users within a few months.
Each of the 14 online casinos in the state has made a deliberate attempt to strengthen their inventory, with some experiencing growth of over 30%.
During the holidays, certain casinos have made significant efforts to climb up the selections list, although the prominent names still hold their positions at the top.
If you believed that Michigan online casinos would reduce their pace in the second year, it seems that you were wrong.
Nearly 800 games added collectively by Michigan online casinos
Since the end of October, Michigan online casinos have added a total of 796 new games to their inventory by Friday.
In terms of game count, BetMGM Casino continues to lead the state with a total of 472 games. Over the past three months, it has also introduced the highest number of new games, with a total of 89. Notable additions include online slots such as Temple of Nudges, Sisters of Oz Jackpots, and Aloha! Christmas.
In addition to BetMGM, TwinSpires Casino and WynnBet Casino have introduced over 80 new games.
The gaming options of eight Michigan online casinos saw a significant rise of 25% or more. Notably, Caesars Casino experienced a remarkable surge in its stock, skyrocketing from 34 to 101, almost tripling its value.
Currently, 12 out of the 14 casinos have incorporated Live Dealer Games into their repertoire, contributing to their overall growth.
Online casinos surpass $1 billion in annual revenue
According to the recently published revenue report by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, online casinos managed to generate a substantial gross revenue of $1.1 billion in 2021. Consequently, this resulted in state taxes amounting to $279.3 million.
The leading competitor in revenue for the year was BetMGM Casino, surpassing the closest competitor with a staggering $417.1 million, which was more than double their earnings.
BetMGM Casino remains on top of game count with 472
