From groceries to other greens
In a news release on Monday, the Michigan Lottery announced that Sumayyah Waver, aged 39, has won a $1 million prize by matching the five white balls drawn on June 1, which were 07-11-33-58-63. Her winning ticket was purchased at the Meijer store situated at 1997 East Beltline Avenue Northeast in Grand Rapids.
Waver expressed in the statement that they enjoy playing different Lottery games, and therefore, they bought a couple of tickets while grocery shopping. After approximately a week, they decided to check the tickets and were completely astonished to discover that they had won a staggering $1 million.
According to a news release, Waver made a trip to state lottery headquarters in order to collect her winnings. As per her plan, she intends to use the prize money to first settle her student debt and then spread her good luck to others.
