Additionally, there is an opportunity for non-winning tickets to still win with the BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™ second-chance promotion. By participating in this promotion, a non-winning GOLDEN TICKET™ II could potentially transform into a staggering $1 billion prize.
This is the process: Any ticket that did not win will be included in a drawing where there is an opportunity to win a trip called the BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™.

The recipient of the award will receive a fully paid four-day vacation for two to Las Vegas, Nevada during the spring of 2019. This incredible prize is estimated to be worth $7,500 and covers the following expenses:

The journey to $1 billion
